Harris Grant Consulting is assisting NRCS as it works towards improving its web presence and how it communicates with customers and citizens. To realize these objectives, NRCS is partnering with the FS to leverage the FS World Wide Web Portal framework, a framework that Harris Grant Consulting assists in managing and developing. Leveraging the FS Web Portal framework will facilitate a more effective strategy for the full life-cycle management of Web content and support the enforcement of Agency-wide web policies and standards.
